Who I am
This website belongs to Kwasi Nyarko-Sefah, trading as SprocklyAI. I decide how personal information sent through this site is used, and I am the person to contact about it: kwasi@sprocklyaimail.com.
Where your information goes
I only receive personal information when you choose to send it. Here is what happens for each way you can reach me.
-
Contact form
What I get. Your name, email, phone if you add it, and your message.
Why. FormSubmit emails your message to me so I can reply.
-
What I get. Whatever you choose to send.
Why. To reply and talk through your project.
-
Booking a call
What I get. The details you enter when you book.
Why. So the call can happen at the time you picked.
-
Free resources
What I get. Your name and email.
Why. To send you the resources, with possible follow up emails you can unsubscribe from. The sign up lives on my free resources page.
If we work together, I use the information and access you give me only to deliver the agreed work, as set out in our agreement.
The legal basis is your request: you contact me and ask for a reply, a call or the resources. For follow up emails after the free resources, the basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Calendly, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google may use their own cookies once you go to their services. Their privacy policies explain how.
If I ever add something that uses cookies, I will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Services involved
- Vercel hosts the website and processes technical data like your IP address to deliver pages.
- FormSubmit passes contact form messages to my email.
- Google runs my email and the free resources sign up sheet.
- Calendly handles call bookings.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and LinkedIn carry messages you send there.
Some of these providers store information outside the UK and the European Economic Area, using their own safeguards for those transfers.
How long I keep it
Messages and contact details are kept for as long as they are needed to reply to you and, if we work together, for the length of that work and any records I am required to keep afterwards.
You can ask me to delete your information at any time, and I will unless the law requires me to keep it.
