About Working With Me
Who is Kwasi, and what qualifies you to do this work?
I’m an AI Automation Specialist and Systems Architect focused on designing and implementing systems that reduce manual work, improve operational efficiency, and help businesses capture more opportunities. My background combines architecture, systems thinking, automation, AI, and business process design.
Have you built systems like this before?
Yes. I have built AI receptionists, lead follow up systems, customer support workflows, document processing systems, knowledge systems, CRM automations, and other business workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, AI models, APIs, and business software.
Can I see your previous work and case studies?
Yes. I show selected builds, demonstrations, project breakdowns, and case studies on my website. Where client confidentiality applies, I only share information that I have permission to disclose.
Why should I hire you instead of another specialist or agency?
You work directly with the person designing and building your system. I do not simply recommend software and hand you a list of tools. I first understand the business problem, then design the workflow around the way your business actually operates.
What is your process from the first call to launch?
We start by understanding the current process and identifying the problem worth solving. I then map the workflow, determine what should be automated, build the system, test it, connect it to the required tools, and launch it with the necessary documentation.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope and integrations involved. Smaller workflows can be completed quickly, while more complex systems require additional development and testing. I provide a clear scope and expected timeline before work begins.
How involved will I need to be during the project?
You provide the information, access, business rules, and decisions I need. I handle the technical implementation. The goal is to minimise the amount of technical work you have to manage yourself.
How will we communicate during the project?
You will communicate directly with me. We establish the preferred communication channel at the beginning of the project and keep you updated on progress, decisions, testing, and anything that requires your input.
About The Godfather Offer
What exactly is the Godfather Offer?
The Godfather Offer is a revenue conversion system designed to help established ecommerce brands convert more of the purchase intent they already generate into customers and revenue.
What problems does it solve for my business?
It is designed to address problems such as slow responses to purchase enquiries, inconsistent follow up, missed opportunities, repetitive customer questions, and operational processes that prevent potential customers from moving toward a purchase.
How is it different from the tools I already use?
The Godfather Offer is not intended to replace every tool you already use. It is designed to connect and extend your existing systems around a specific business outcome. Instead of simply giving you another piece of software, I design the workflows around your actual sales and operational processes.
Will it work with my existing ecommerce platform and software?
That depends on your current stack. I assess your existing systems and available integrations during the discovery stage and design the solution around what is technically possible. Where your existing tools already handle something effectively, I would rather integrate with them than replace them unnecessarily.
Will it actually understand my products, policies, and business?
The system can be configured around the information you provide, including product information, policies, FAQs, internal documentation, and business rules. The quality of its responses depends heavily on the quality and completeness of the information provided.
What happens when the system does not know how to answer something?
The system should not be designed to confidently invent an answer. Depending on the workflow, uncertain or sensitive situations can be routed to a human or handled according to predefined rules.
How do you prevent inaccurate or incorrect AI responses?
I use controlled information sources, defined rules, structured workflows, testing, and escalation paths. AI should be used where it adds value and constrained where an incorrect response could create a business problem.
How will the system help me generate more sales?
The objective is to reduce leakage between customer interest and purchase. That can include responding faster, answering purchase questions, following up with interested prospects, recovering opportunities, and reducing manual delays that can cause potential customers to disappear.
Risk, Ownership & Support
How do you measure whether the system actually worked?
We establish relevant baseline metrics before implementation and define what success means for the specific system. For revenue focused workflows, this can include enquiries, response time, conversions, recovered opportunities, and attributable sales.
Who owns the workflows, accounts, data, and systems after the project?
The ownership arrangement is defined before implementation. My preference is for clients to retain ownership and control of the business systems and accounts used for their operations rather than becoming dependent on me for access.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
We first identify whether the issue comes from the workflow, an integration, a change in a connected platform, or something outside the system. The support and maintenance arrangement agreed for the project determines how fixes are handled.
Do you provide ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes. Where ongoing support is required, we can arrange continued maintenance, monitoring, improvements, and troubleshooting after the initial implementation.
How do you handle my customer and business data?
I only require the access and data necessary to perform the agreed work. Sensitive access should be provided through appropriate account permissions rather than unnecessary sharing of passwords, and data handling requirements should be agreed before implementation.
What exactly am I paying for?
You are paying for the analysis, architecture, implementation, integrations, testing, configuration, and delivery of the agreed system. The exact scope and deliverables are defined before the project begins.
What happens if I decide I no longer want the system?
You should retain control of your agreed business systems and data. If you decide to stop using the system, we can document the setup and transition responsibility according to the terms agreed for the project.
Do you offer any guarantee or risk reversal?
For the Godfather Offer, I’ll build and implement the system at no upfront cost. You only pay once the system generates five verified additional sales attributable to the system.
